The accomodation were in good contisions, unfortunatley after 10 years of docking, they looks dirty now. We believe that the most of it once cleaned could be reused as it is.
Despite the age, the structures and plates are in good contidions, inspection from the client is suggested.
We suggest client inspection.
None
We sell the vessel as it is, if there is any equipment we leave it onboard, but please considery the vessel without navigation equipment as we can't verify its conditions.
Few years ago the owner started to overhaul the main engines, then for lack of funds they stopped any operation. Part of the engines are dismounted, but the dismounted part should be present onboard, we suppose that the engines can be put back on service after being overhauled.
We suggest client inspection.
